Hi, I’m Tracy.
When it comes to teaching movement and treating clients with foot and ankle issues, knowing where to start can feel overwhelming. I remember those days all too well — feeling stuck, confused, and frustrated when the usual go-to tools like orthotics, calf raises, inversion/eversion drills, short foot exercises, or alphabet routines just didn’t seem to deliver the outcomes I hoped for.

That’s exactly why, over the past 20 years, I made it my mission to explore new, more effective approaches — not just for my clients, but for myself as a practitioner. This search led me beyond the foot itself, deep into understanding the dynamic neuromuscular influence: how the nervous system, global movement patterns, and brain-body coordination shape the way we move, heal, and perform.

I was determined to find methods that were simpler, more holistic, and more aligned with how the body truly works — so I (and now you) could move past the frustration and work with greater clarity and confidence.
